Information on the processing of personal data “Privacy”

We wish to inform you that your personal data, collected through registration or booking, will be used by The Doni Suite in full compliance with the fundamental principles dictated by legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data and the European Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR.

Personal data processing operations and related purposes.

Below, we summarize them pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1 of GDPR 679/2016, all the operations carried out by us that involve the collection, storage and/or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them.

Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking/purchase service.
Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the provision is mandatory. Consent is therefore not acquired, except in the case of communication by you of particular personal data (for example health data) which are treated with additional attention and confidentiality. The data is not communicated to third parties, unless required by law. Treatment may also be necessary after your departure from the facility, as highlighted in the following points.

Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes, communications relating to booking and otherwise.
Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and/or by way of example reserved discount rates. For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be stored and will not be communicated to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time.

For the purpose of compliance with the “Consolidated law on public security laws” (article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires communicating to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of customers housed in accordance with the methods established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013).
The provision of data is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our structure. The data acquired for this purpose is not stored by us.

For the purpose of fulfilling administrative, accounting and tax legal obligations.
For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data is processed by us and by our agents (e.g. administrative, fiscal, tax consultant), and are communicated externally only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are retained by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax assessments).

Carry out secretarial activities, such as receiving/annotating paper, telephone or electronic communications (by way of example but not limited to email, messaging, sms, whatsapp, social media etc.) directed to the guest.
To speed up the registration procedures in the event of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent upon arrival at the facility, which can be revoked at any time, your data will be stored and will be used when you become our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points.

Freedom to give consent and consequences of refusal.
Providing consent to the processing of personal data is necessary to allow us to be able to follow up on your request. In case of refusal to provide consent, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services.
