From Florence SMN train station
Tram (about 8 min): the quickest solution. Take Line T2 (direction Airport) and get off at the “Buonsignori – Liceo Da Vinci” stop. From there the entrance to via Doni 34 is only 100 meters away.
On foot (about 20 minutes): if you want a first taste of the city, you can reach us with a flat walk of about 20 minutes, crossing the historic Porta al Prato area.
Bicycle (about 7 min): Florence is a city to be experienced on two wheels. From the station you can reach us in a few minutes by following the cycle path that connects the center to San Jacopino: a safe, flat route in the heart of the city.
Taxi (about 10 minutes): you will find the taxi stand immediately outside the station exit. In a few minutes, depending on city traffic, you will be at the entrance to our facility.
From Florence Airport
Tram (The recommended choice – about 12 min): take Line T2 (direction San Marco – University) directly at the terminal exit. Get off at the “Buonsignori – Liceo Da Vinci” stop. From there the entrance to via Doni 34 is only 100 meters away.
Bicycle (about 15 minutes): for those who travel light and love autonomy, it is possible to use the bike sharing service at the airport. Follow the cycle path that runs alongside the tramway line: a protected and flat route that will lead you directly to the San Jacopino district.
Taxi / Car (about 10 min): Leaving the airport, follow the signs for “Centro” along Viale Guidoni. Go along the Novoli university center and then take Viale Redi. Via Doni 34 is on the right.

Plan your arrival
To guarantee you an impeccable welcome on the seventh floor, please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Not having a fixed 24-hour reception like in large hotels, your punctuality allows us to be present when you enter; in case of last minute changes, a quick update will avoid unpleasant waits.
Check-in and Check-out
Access to the suite is available by appointment, while on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the spaces by 10.30 am to allow our cleaning standards to be restored.
For late arrivals, there is a supplement of €20 after 8pm and €30 after 10pm.
Rules
This structure guarantees cleaning and disinfestation of rooms and common areas according to OMS guidelines.
There are no timetables to respect for entry and exit from the facility. Guests will be able to leave and return as they wish with their respective keys handed over.
For reasons of public safety, guests are not permitted to allow other people into the apartment at any time.
All windows are equipped with shutters and shutters or curtains for internal darkening of the room as well as mosquito nets that can be opened with the supplied cord or with the push closure.
To preserve the efficiency and care of our home, we kindly ask you to use only the appropriate bins for the disposal of all materials, avoiding throwing anything into the bathroom fixtures.
Every detail has been thought of for your well-being: from the soft sets of linen to the selection of personal hygiene products that you will find in the room and bathroom. The suite is equipped with every comfort, including hairdryer and ironing kit; for any extra wishes, we are at your complete disposal to make your stay impeccable.
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises, it is possible to do so only on the terrace.
It is recommended to respect silence during the canonical hours 10.00 p.m. – 08.00 a.m. and 2.00 – 4.00 p.m. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in any way damages the tranquility of others.
We trust in your sensitivity in taking care of the furnishings and technological equipment of the suite; any damage or improper use will be subject to compensation. Please return the keys at the end of your stay (loss will incur a charge for security restoration). Finally, to help us preserve the environment, we invite you to turn off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the facility.
